Post Construction.
UKR Finishes post-construction cleaning is a service we provide for your newly constructed or renovated buildings. Our cleaning services are done after the construction is complete. This phase is the last step in any build and includes site cleanup, final inspections, and move-in coordination. We will leave no stone unturned, no matter the scope of the building project.
Our tasks will include:
- Ensure every wall is clean and free of marks, dirt, dust, and smudges
- Wash and clean windows and frames
- Remove plastic/stickers from furniture, windows, and doors
- Dust wet and dry ceilings, lights, fans, and heaters
- Clean, sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors
- Trim and threshold cleaning
- Clean all appliances, shelves, and cabinets inside & out
- Proper removal and disposal of trash and debris
- Address and report any safety issues, loose wires, leaks, or damage to you and the contractors.
After we have finished and the building is cleaned from top to bottom, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Mid Construction.
Our mid construction cleaning service is cleaning that happens during the construction phase of your new or renovated buildings. This is more than just an added expense, this step is helpful to increase safety, satisfaction, and legal standards. During construction and renovation, collected garbage and debris pile up around the job site making surfaces more precarious for workers and their equipment.
